Therapeutic Yoga

Created explicitly for people with chronic pain, Neil’s therapeutic yoga classes allow clients to gently heal their bodies, while learning effective tools for pain self-management.

As a certified yoga therapist Neil provides one-on-one yoga therapy sessions, which offer more individualized modifications and attention. The purpose is to improve the long-term success of pain and functional recovery techniques. Therapeutic Yoga

Pain Management Workshops

Neil has taught his acclaimed pain management workshops throughout Canada and the United States.  Participants learn a new perspective on pain, one in which chronic pain is understood as a protective mechanism that is malfunctioning. This different perspective also teaches that people have the ability to influence the pain and the protective mechanisms, bringing them to a less reactive and sensitive state.
